Topps is not O'Hara's first foray into confections. In the early 1990s, he worked at a Nestlé plant in Illinois that made Butterfinger and Baby Ruth bars.
A Promising Start
O'Hara proposed to his wife, Victoria, while they were visiting the Taj Mahal. The couple has 6-year-old twins, Michael and Josephine.
