Suttirat Anne Larlarb, ’93, the costume designer for Slumdog Millionaire, was honored in the contemporary film category of the Costume Designers Guild Awards. Hope Mohr, ’94, is a recipient of funding in the Choreographers in Mentorship Exchange. An emerging artist, Mohr will be provided 12 months of Bay Area studio space and support with established choreographer Molissa Fenley. • Richard Zimler, MA ’82, has won the 2009 Alberto Benveniste Prize for Literature, awarded to novels in French that have Jewish themes. Guardian of the Dawn is set during the Portuguese Inquisition.
