While producing a video for New Student Orientation, campus media were granted special access to spend the night at the Dish. Aaron Kehoe made the most of the opportunity. With three cameras shooting every 8 seconds he captured nearly 2,250 frames—more than 125GB of content. The resulting image, a composite of multiple exposures from one of the cameras, reveals the Earth’s rotation in the arcing paths traced by stars across the night sky.
