President John Hennessy lauded Mamlet, who came to the Farm from Swarthmore College in 2000, for her efforts to improve Stanford’s financial aid program and for a “succession of stellar freshman classes”.... Scholars from Stanford’s Center for International Security and Cooperation have joined with the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey to administer a joint fellowship program examining ways governments can respond more effectively to terrorism. The project is funded by a $1.65 million contract from the Department of Homeland Security.
